MomNDoc runs an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) server and you can access this server by setting your IRC software to irc.maddoc.net. Most of the time you will find someone in the #welcome channel.
You may create a channel on the server for you and your friend's use, free of charge, as long as the subject matter does not pertain to anything illegal, porno or warez.
If you maintain a website and/or mailing list with MomNDoc and would like to have a web-based chat channel set up for your group to use, no problem and no charge.
